Reframing ADHD

ADHD is often framed as a behavioral disorder.

However, at its core, ADHD reflects differences in how the brain organizes, regulates, and verbalizes thought.

Language is not just communication.
It is the internal architecture of cognition.

When language becomes intentional, executive function becomes visible, and more manageable.

What I do

  • Engaging, intellectually rigorous, neurodivergent-affirming keynotes that bridge clinical science and real-world application, helping professionals understand ADHD, executive function, and the role of language in self-regulation and learning.

  • Professional development designed to expand SLPs’ clinical toolkit, with practical approaches for addressing ADHD and executive function while supporting student access, participation, and communication in school environments.

  • Team-based training that aligns educators, clinicians, and professionals around a shared approach to executive function, providing practical strategies that can be implemented consistently across roles and environments.

  • Selective, high-level consultation for leaders and professionals focused on optimizing executive function, decision-making, and cognitive efficiency to improve performance, productivity, and sustainable work practices.
